Dinner Schedule for February 27th thru March 5th 2010 (sorry so late in posting...)
Saturday Feb 27th – out of town so no dinner menu plan
Sunday Feb 28th – first night back went easy chicken and cheese quesadilla with homemade guacamole and some sour cream of course
Monday Mar 1st – steaks with mashed potatoes, cheddar parmesan biscuits and green beans
Tuesday Mar 2nd – Marion’s chicken and broccoli rice skillet
Wednesday Mar 3rd – DH’s chicken fettuccini from scratch
Thursday Mar 4th – Spaghetti with corn
Friday Mar 5th - sautéed tilapia over rice
